Private, Peaceful, and Entirely Yours
Tammy and Rob are true professionals at what they do. They took very special care of us from the time we were looking for a venue until the wedding day, even keeping things for us that we had accidentally left behind. Tammy answered all my million and one questions leading up to the day.
The venue itself is beautiful. It is truly special to have a private place all to yourself and your guests without the public stumbling upon your wedding. The weather was good on our day, and we got married on Marriage Hill, but it would have been seamless to move the ceremony to the Solarium or Venue in case of rain. This is truly the best place to have your perfect, magical day.

I can't recommend Hawthorn highly enough. Tammy and Rob are exceptional at what they do. From promptly answering my countless emails to providing an excellent list of vendor recommendations, they made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. Their hard work and attention to detail on our wedding day was greatly appreciated.
Our guests absolutely loved the venue, and we've received so much positive feedback. Everyone commented on the beautiful atmosphere, thoughtful layout, and inviting spaces to relax and mingle throughout the property.
We woke up to a rainy morning and decided to hold our ceremony in the covered solarium. It was absolutely beautiful and felt so intimate. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, thanks to Tammy and Rob. Their professionalism, experience, and dedication gave us complete confidence and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. We would wholeheartedly recommend Hawthorn to any couple looking for a truly memorable wedding venue.

Magical Day, Unmatched Service
Our experience at hawthorn and working with Rob and Tammy was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the moment we booked, they went above and beyond to make us feel cared for, not just as clients, but as people getting married! Rob and Tammy know that planning a wedding is very stressful, and they took so much of that stress away! They were supportive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day everything we dreamed of.
The venue itself is breathtaking, the grounds are stunning, beautifully kept, and made the perfect backdrop for our photos. Inside, everything was spotless, elegant, and so thoughtfully maintained. Rob and Tammy made the day seamless, and the bartenders were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding such a warm touch to the celebration.

The Little Details Taken Care Of
The venue owners, Tammy and Rob were very helpful with everything prior to the wedding to the day of our wedding. They helped navigate the process of wedding planning and were always quick to respond to any questions!
The day of the wedding, they ensured everything went smoothly from assisting our guests with parking, getting behind the bar, creating our space for our dance floor, and carefully packing all our decorations. Hawthorn, Tammy, and Rob played a large role in making our wedding day truly special and memorable!

A Stress-Free Last-Minute Winter Wedding
We had the most wonderful experience having our wedding at Hawthorn Estates. Tammy and Rob were incredibly helpful as we tried to navigate all the details of a winter wedding in only five months.
We had a few last minute setbacks with our plans only a day before the wedding, and they were able to help us come to a solution swiftly and make sure the actual day of the wedding was successful. We felt at ease knowing that they were there to help everything run smoothly, and we were able to enjoy our wedding instead of concerning ourselves with ensuring everything was operating as we had planned. Stunning venue, and fantastic hosts!

Flexible, Transparent, Beautiful
Everything about this place was perfect! The owners are super easy to work with and very responsive. You can pay down your invoice via e-transfer any time with any amount. They provide all the tables, chairs, outdoor and indoor locations, and they offer a large list of add ons to make the day even more special. They allow food to be brought in and you bring in your own alcohol. The place is beautiful, clean and organized and has so much character. For what you get in the contract I also think it's appropriately priced. We would have our wedding here again and again if we could.

No Need to Keep Looking
I knew the moment I saw the photos online that I absolutely needed to visit their venue and get a tour.
The moment I walked in, I was sold. I immediately sent my husband photos and told him I didn't even want to look at other venues, Hawthorn was the one. Tammy and Rob were extremely helpful with the planning process and answered all of my questions. Tammy was great for offering her thoughts and opinions on certain aspects that I was struggling to decide on. They made the whole process so simple and stress-free.
Naturally, Hawthorn is a beautiful location. We were gambling a little with an outdoor ceremony in mid October, but we could not have had a more beautiful day.
Hawthorn is a fantastic venue and we would choose it over and over again!
