Assistant Wedding & Cooperate Event Coordinator
Hawthorn Estates is a premier all-season event venue recognized for its exceptional customer service. Our team is growing and we are now accepting applications for the above position.
Assist the cooperate events manager as requested with all aspects of the event to ensure client specifications are met
Set up and take down of events, general housekeeping of space
Direct event service staff as required
Provide outstanding, enthusiastic customer service
Strong work ethic, trust, teamwork and accountability
Assist in writing, developing and executing communication strategies
Employment range May-October (could be extended to December)
Must be available all weekends; a typical day may consist of 10 hours
Located ½ hour Northeast of the city; applicant must have a valid drivers license
