Assistant Wedding & Cooperate Event Coordinator

Hawthorn Estates is a premier all-season event venue recognized for its exceptional customer service. Our team is growing, and we are now accepting applications for the above position.


  • Assist the cooperate events manager as requested with all aspects of the event to ensure client specifications are met

  • Set up and take down of events, general housekeeping of space

  • Direct event service staff as required

  • Provide outstanding, enthusiastic customer service

  • Strong work ethic, trust, teamwork and accountability

  • Assist in writing, developing and executing communication strategies

  • Employment range May-October (could be extended to December)

  • Must be available all weekends; a typical day may consist of 10 hours

  • Located ½ hour Northeast of the city; applicant must have a valid drivers license
